Being selected to represent The College of New Jersey on the Lion Royalty Homecoming Court is an honored tradition to showcase and recognize a few of the many outstanding students at TCNJ. It is considered one of the highest honors for TCNJ seniors. Candidates compete annually for this honor, which recognizes two TCNJ students who exemplify the qualities of leadership, spirit, integrity, and achievement through their academic success, contributions, and involvement at The College. These students are role models to others on campus, and embody TCNJ’s core values of excellence, engagement, integrity, inclusiveness, and self-reflection.

Voting
All TCNJ students will have the chance to vote for Lion Royalty. An email will be sent to each student’s TCNJ email address with information about all candidates. Students will select the top 10 candidates they would like to see move to the interview process and final round.
The second and final round of voting will take place Selection of the two Lion Royalty winners will be based on 50% popular vote and 50% judges’ selection. The winners will be announced during halftime of the Homecoming Football game on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
