This research and presentation should be reviewed and approved by Delta Zeta Director of Chapter Services and the Office of Student Life. This must be completed by the end of September 2024.
  • New Member Education Calendar Expectations and Review – The New Member Education Calendar for the next two cycles of new member education (not including this Spring 2024 semester) should better illustrate how the activities planned on the schedule meet the learning outcomes desired by the group, as indicated in the Recognized Student Organization Privileges & Responsibilities (“All Chapters must design and submit detailed New Member education/intake programs. These programs should outline the intentional learning outcomes and goals created for New Members.”).
    • In addition to TCNJ’s review and approval of the New Member Education schedule, Delta Zeta is required to have the Delta Zeta Director of Chapter Services review and approve the New Member Education plan for the next two cycles of new member education.
  • New Member Education Officer Status – Spring 2024 New Member Educator is restricted from providing guidance and mentoring for future New Member Educators. It is recommended that the chapter consider the President or a different officer carry out remaining New Member Education processes for the remaining duration of the Spring 2024 New Member Educator’s term and/or remove her from her role.
